Work Groups

Mentoring Work Group Report – 2023
This report seeks to identify best practices and existing successful mentorship models in order to provide a foundation for the Association to make informed decisions for future mentoring opportunities for its members.

These groups are established to engage in research that supports the development of policies, guidelines, products, or services for the benefit of AACRAO and the higher education community. Usually focused on emerging issues or professional best practices, the original research produced by these groups helps to shape and guide the professional landscape of higher education and the important work done by AACRAO members. Task Forces can only be started by the Board of Directors whereas Work Groups can be started either by the Board of Directors or AACRAO staff, or in collaboration. These positions are filled on an as needed basis. When open, applications are posted in the Exchange.
